    Finally, there is a post suggesting to drink milk-;)
    Maybe it is just me to reading a lot about healthy food, but lately, I see that almost everyone who considers himself or herself an expert on food, they are questioning milk quality and usage overall. So I am happy you are doing the opposite. I have to agree with you about the electric brush, I do have mine for approximately 2 years and I am highly satidfied. Are there techniques you would suggest for cleaning my tongue? Also, you mention that smoking is bad for your teeth, how hard would be for someone who smoked for a period of time and then stopped to get to the state as before smoking, is that possible?       To clean your tongue I suggest you do it with a tongue scraper. If you’ve smoked for many years, quitting can improve your oral health and reduce the likelihood of gum disease and tooth loss, but it depends on how many year you have been smoking. as I say it will be good to go once a year to a review with the dentist, and if any incident arises then also go at the moment.

    This is a very informative article on caring for your teeth. I’ve had a few fillings over the years, but follow a healthy diet. Citrus fruit is excellent for your health, but my dentist suggested waiting an hour before brushing to allow the saliva to neutralise any acids. I definitely plan to get an electric toothbrush soon and didn’t realise it can cut plaque by up to 21 percent!. Thanks for sharing:)
